2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the goods and/or services ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller's website https://arbatechnology.com.tr/, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The main characteristics of the products are as described on the product pages. Prices listed on the site include VAT. For installment payments by credit card, any installment fee is shown separately on the payment page and charged with the Buyer's approval.
4. Delivery
Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided, within the period stated on the product page and in any case within 30 days. Shipping is free for electronics.
Digital products (codes, license keys, account details, downloadable content) are delivered electronically (on screen, by e-mail, SMS and/or in the Buyer's account) after payment approval, or after confirmation of a bank transfer. Orders under security review are delivered once the review is completed.
Service packages start within the period stated on the product page after the Buyer provides the requested information.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For physical products, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, by notifying the Seller via the "Request a return" section, by e-mail to info@arbatechnology.com.tr or in writing. The Seller refunds all payments within 14 days of receiving the notice using the original payment method. The Buyer returns the product within 10 days of the notice.
6. Exceptions
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly (digital codes, license keys, account details, downloadable software and content, gift/balance codes), services started with the consumer's approval, goods prepared to the consumer's specifications, and opened software or electronic products. The Buyer has expressly confirmed this at checkout for digital products. If a delivered code does not work, the Buyer can report it via the "Code not working" button; the Seller will replace it or refund it after checking.
7. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Effect
By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement, which enters into force on the order date ([Shown at checkout]). A copy is e-mailed to the Buyer and stored with the order record.
