Physical products
- You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
- Create a return request via My Account > My Orders or the Track Order page.
- Once approved, you'll receive return shipping details. Ship the product within 10 days with its invoice and accessories.
- After inspection, refunds are made within 14 days to your card, IBAN (bank transfers) or balance.
Digital products
By law, there is no right of withdrawal for digital codes, license keys, account details, downloadable content and gift/balance codes once delivered. If a code doesn't work, use the "Code not working?" button and we'll replace or refund it after checking.
