1. Parties and Subject
This agreement governs the use of membership services between Arba Technology ("Arba Technology") and the person registering on https://arbatechnology.com.tr/ ("Member").
2. Membership
Membership starts upon complete and accurate registration and acceptance of this agreement. Persons under 18 may not register. The Member is responsible for the accuracy of their information and the security of their account.
3. Balance, Points, Gift Codes and Referral Rewards
- Account balance, points, gift code amounts and referral rewards can only be used for purchases on the site; they cannot be converted to cash, transferred to another member or refunded. Balance is not electronic money.
- Points are confirmed after the return period of the related order and may expire as stated in the account.
- In case of abuse (self-referral, fake accounts, stolen payment instruments etc.) balances, points and rewards are cancelled and the account may be suspended.
4. Member Obligations
The Member agrees not to use the site for unlawful purposes and to use purchased digital products in line with the vendor's license terms.
5. Termination
The Member may request account deletion at any time. Records subject to legal retention are kept for the period required by law.
