What do I need for a transfer?

The domain must be unlocked at your current registrar and you need the EPP (auth) code. Domains registered or transferred in the last 60 days cannot be transferred.

How long does a transfer take?

Usually 5-7 days. If you approve the e-mail sent by your current registrar it can complete within hours.

Will my site go down during the transfer?

No. Your name servers stay the same during the transfer, so your website and e-mail keep working.
